Lift Tickets

Objective
Provide a complete brand consultation for emerging cannabis brand, Lift Ticket. Services include logo design and defining brand guidelines. The overall design should appeal to young adult, male connoisseur smokers. Need to incorporate the use of gold elements to feel trendy and premium. 

Solution
We [Uneka] established a cross-functional, in-house team of Structural Design, Graphic Design, Project Management and Manufacturing. I was responsible for designing and presenting multiple brand concepts. Per concept, I provided a mood board, custom logo design and usage examples, recommend typography, corporate color palette, and custom pattern. I completed 100+ sketches and included some of my favorites (bottom of the page), but ultimately created digital versions of the concepts I felt were most successful.

Concept 1 is a minimalist branding approach, designed to appeal to the modern day male smoker with an appreciation for the "finer things in life". Color palette is primarily black and white with a pop of gold. #GetLifted

Concept 2 is inspired from the roaring 1920's, but with a masculine and art deco twist. The color palette was entirely inspired by textures that were prevalent in the era and items used by men — velvet lounge chairs, denim, mahogany, whiskey, cigars, and wood. As I say, "designed for the gents".

Concept 3 is inspired by Scottish heritage and the breathtaking landscape. Moody, but epic. The use of blackletter typography combined with an earthy color palette, felt royal and historic. It also struck me as that most unique branding concept and greatest opportunity for market differentiation.
