Roku UI Themes

Objective
Design unique seasonal and promotional themes that enable Roku Streaming Player users to customize the look of their Roku Home screen, while maintaining the integrity of the user interface. Themes are automatically applied to the Roku user interface and can either be automatically pushed to users or downloaded as a user preference. 

Solution
Upon receiving theme request(s), I conducted Internet searches to research complementary forms, textures, characters, or shapes that related to theme keywords. I sketched concepts on paper, and digitally rendered my favorite 2-4 concepts in Photoshop.

Seasonal theme artwork consisted of vector forms, and were intentionally styled to appear playful and animated to align with Roku company persona. Promotional themes were developed to highlight new, interesting content and used screen clips from the movie(s) and were superimposed with graphical textures and photographs.
